Unfortunately at this moment there is no straight to update physical model after changing the logical one. For bigger changes I may only recommend to generate new physical model and use copy/paste functions to update the old model.

Please create the new empty logical model and then use the "Import from XML" function as shown on the screenshot below:

Logical models are not available in Individual subscription.

This functionality is available, but disabled by default. You can enable it in Team setting section on Settings screen (https://my.vertabelo.com/account/settings).

Regarding your questions:

- In Team account plans (5, 10, 25 users) all users consume license seats, no matter if they edit or only read models. 

- Unlimited read only users are available only in Enterprise Account Plan that requires at least 25 users that edit database models. 

- You can share database models only with other Vertabelo Users.

We are able to replicate the problem you described. Could you provide more details? What web browser do you use? Are there any errors in JS console? Could you attached a short video?

You can export your models to XML files and then import them in the new account. You will find these option on Documents screen.
